Excellent Customer Service!

My husband bought a car there years ago and we had a good experience so we went back to look for a car for our daughter. We ended up buying a 2008 Mitsubishi Endeavor. Ken was so helpful and had everything taken care of when we went to pick it up so all she had to do was drive it home. 33 days after we took it home, she was unable to get it into gear. Ken sent one of his mechanics to my house to look at it and they were able to drive it back to the dealership. Not only did they fix it, they drove the car back to my house and left it in the driveway. He is a good, honest guy and such a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend checking it out if you are in the market for a good used car.

Ken was a good guy and not pushy and answered any questions I had and quite simply let the truck sell itself as a good dealer should in my opinion. And the truck I test drove ran absolutely awesome! He got a better financing deal than I had been pre-approved for at the same bank I use! I'm very happy with the truck and also the overall experience at Wakefield Auto sales!
